PAYMENT POLICIES:
Credit Cards - Alpha Hydroponics and Garden Supply, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also choose Paypal or Google Checkout payment services.
To protect our clients from unauthorized credit card use, all credit card purchases must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. Credit cards are processed at the time your order is received. A signature may be required for some orders.
Money Orders - Purchases pre-paid with money orders or cashier's check can be shipped to any U.S. address of your choice.
Our web site allows you to choose money order as a method of payment.
PRINT THE ORDER AS THE DIRECTIONS SPECIFY. REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE PRINTED ORDER WITH YOUR PAYMENT SO THAT WE KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND WHERE TO SHIP IT. If this information is not included with your money order or check payment, it WILL delay shipping of your order.

There are no refunds or exchanges or cancellations.
If your package arrives damaged from the carrier, DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN for your delivery. Simply refuse the package and contact Alpha Hydroponics and Garden Supply immediately.
Defective Merchandise Return Policy:
In the rare event you receive defective merchandise, within 30 days from the date of your purchase, contact Alpha Hydroponics & Garden Supply, Inc. to receive a RMA number, (Return Merhandise Authorization Number). Packaging for returns must be as good as the original packaging that we used to get the product to you. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number will not be accepted. After 30 days from the date of your purchase, please refer to the manufacturer warrantee information and contact them directly.
