SHIPPING POLICY
Alpha Hydroponics and Garden Supply Shipping Policies:
SHIPPING: We ship products within the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska and Canada.
We also ship to most International Destinations*. Outside the US and Canada Please call or email for a shipping quote.
*(A 5% handling fee applies to all orders shipped outside the Continental US, certain restrictions may apply).
Any duties, taxes or customs fees associated with international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers paying by credit card: Orders must be shipped to the credit card holders billing address only, unless otherwise approved by our management.
Customers paying by money order: Orders can be shipped to any address you specify.

A signature and/ or proof of delivery may be required for orders.
Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground, Federal Express or via USPS priority mail.
Heavy or Oversize items may ship via an alternate carrier.
UPS, FedEx,and USPS rates provided to us are used to automatically calculate shipping costs when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional shipping charges before we ship your order. Oversize or overweight items may incur additional shipping charges.
Express, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day select options are available. Please call or email us for an expedited shipping quote.
All orders placed requesting the 2 or 3 day shipping options must be placed before 11:00 AM (eastern) Monday - Friday in order to be shipped that day, or will be shipped on the next coming business day. Your order will arrive to you in 2 or 3 business days (depending on which expedited shipping method you've chosen). Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and US holidays are not considered business days. Please take this into consideration on all expedited shipping orders.
In some cases, items or products may ship seperately from one or more of our warehouse facilities.
In such cases, you will not incur any additional shipping charges. In the event items you have ordered cannot be shipped immediately, you will be notified with an approximate shipping date. In some cases, products shipped may differ slightly from the picture, brand, and/or description on our website.
Order shipping may be delayed near Holidays as our store, UPS and the USPS are closed for major holidays.
Tracking numbers are provided for every order and are emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

PACKAGING: ExtraCare is always taken to assure your order is properly packaged.
Please be assured your order will be delivered safely and in the same condition it left our facility.
For the purpose of quality control and order accuracy, a digital image of your order with date and time stamp may be made during the packing process.
All shipments are labeled with the return name AHGS, Inc.
Your shipment is automatically insured for up to $100 when shipping via UPS.
Additional shipping insurance is available and may be purchased from UPS and the USPS.
